Tung wan beach, Cheung Chau, Hong Kong

Last Thursday I finally returned to the little vehicleless island of Cheung Chau. I can't say much has changed in the last fourteen years and i think that's brilliant. Like last time, I hopped of the ferry, rented a crappy bike with no gears and cycled off through the narrow winding streets looking for adventure. The main difference this time was that I was not alone and with my partner who is a local to the area. We later checked out the Cheung Po Tsai cave and did some kayaking at Tung wan beach. The photo was taken from our hotel room balcony over looking the beach.
