Shoe shine kid, Sucre, Bolivia

Saw this chap earlier polishing shoes in the Plaza de Mayo in Sucre the capital city of Bolivia. There are a lot of children car washing, shoe shining and begging alongside adults around the busy Plaza. Unfortunately I wear green canvas trainers so couldn't agree to a quick polish but I gave him some spare change anyhow. I also bought a copy of a great local magazine called Inti the other day which is put together by volunteers and sold by children around the city for around 30 pence.
