After a quick walk near Pier Head I just had to get a quick snap of the most recognisable building in Liverpool. I remember my friend Mr T saying I wonder what the imported slaves thought of that when they arrived, they must have been amazed. Only just done some research though and Wikipedia mentions the building was not built until 1912. Surely the slave trade was history by then? Can't wait to pick Mr T up on this next time I go Liverpool.
