Alfa Romeo GTV 6, St Kilda, Melbourne

If you're an Alfa fan then you will already know the GTV 6 was actually based on the earlier Alfetta model. I have to say I like the coupe version here better. If you're a James Bond fan you may also remember the car from the film Octopussy starring Roger Moore. I have seen quite a few GTV 6's in Australia and it's no surprise given that the Alfa Romeo GTV 6 won the Australia Rally Championship in 1987. This is a lovely example of my all time favourite Alfa Romeo. It's a shame it was parked though and I didn't get to hear the lovely V6 engine tick over. That may have sent me over the edge ;)
