Yes indeed you are correct, it is the Innovation Center at De Montfort University, Leicester. It was a popular meeting venue during my KCS project between Phoenix Leicester and DMU. On this day in June it had been raining and hence the row of umbrellas in the lobby. Mine is the black one.
