Not particularly a great shot of Sydney's most famous building but not the worse by any means. Having said that it is probably one of the most iconic and famous buildings of the twentieth century so maybe I should have tried a bit harder. I took this photo from on board the passenger ferry to Manly bay. Contrary to its title the opera house is a venue for a wide variety of art and musical performances not just opera.
