This long cargo train took nearly 15 minutes to pass. We saw it just outside of Port Pirie as we headed north through South Australia, destined for Alice Springs. It was literally as long as my eyes could see and more of it just kept appearing from over the horizon as time passed. Plenty of time to get out and take a photo. After waiting for what seemed like ever it then took us a further minute to start our van again. There were some vehicles behind us and they didn't even sound their horn at us. Guess people are used to waiting a lot who live near there.
